Use the lamp with compatible electrical equipment. Only use a UL and CSA-approved throttle.
Keep the lamp out of direct contact with rain, slush or snow to avoid breaking the temperature change.
Install the lamp steady but without excessive force in the rack to reduce vibration.
Do not use excessive force to break the bulb. It is a vacuum-insulated lamp and can burst.
Replace the bulb if it is scratched, cracked or damaged.
Turn off the lamp and allow it to cool before moving to avoid electric shock or burn. As a safety measure, wear goggles when fitting or dismounting the lamp. Replace the lamp at the end of its lifecycle.
