Lumatek launch their new range of horticultural HID grow lamps.

Tuned to the ultra-high operating frequency of the Lumatek e-ballasts, the lamp's components have been reinforced making them much more robust and therefore a long life grow-lighting solution delivering a high level of Photosynthetic Active Radiation to promote healthy plant growth. These lamps have strengthened seals and a reinforced arc frame to ensure that they will provide long lasting performance with stable lumen output.

The LuxElite PlantFX 600W HPS lamp is a high-frequency discharge lamp designed for 400V electronic ballasts. Made in Germany, it provides maximum PAR output and stable operation thanks to high-quality components and silver-plated contacts. The anti-absorption glass guarantees optimal luminous flux throughout its long life. It is not compatible with dimmable ballasts.

400v Double ended 1000w HPS lamps are more efficient than standard HPS lamps, turning more of your electricity into light.

A 400v 1000w light costs exactly the same to run as the 230v system but the 400v HPS lamps produce up to 10% more light in comparison. Even noticeable to the human eye when placed side by side.
